污水渠內現「異形」

猶記得去年網上曾流傳一張發脹怪物屍體冲上紐約沙灘的照片，一度引起萬千網民熱烈討論，以為是前所未見的新品種野獸，但事後證實只是
一具狗屍，最近網上又出現一段在污水道拍攝的短片，片中所見一團古怪生物向着攝影機鏡頭蠕動（圖），有網民直指它是外星異形。
這段「異形」短片，是一名網民於今年 4月 27日，在美國北卡羅來納州羅利市（ Raleigh）一條污水道拍攝，畫面中的紅色古怪生物，依附在污
水道生長，形態詭異，惹來網民揣測它是異形生物。
但有生物學家看過片段後，證實並非甚麼異形生物，只是一種屬環節動物類的蠕蟲，一般寄居在泥土和沉積物中，或受污染河流的邊緣。由於
攝影機的燈光散發出熱力，令蠕蟲對燈光產生反應，才會向着鏡頭蠕動。

An unknown lifeform picked up by sewer snakecam at Cameron Village in Raleigh, North Carolina.
A company called Malphrus Construction was contracted by York Properties, the owner of the sewer lines in Raleigh North Carolina, to do a routine inspection of the pipes earlier this year, which are built in 1949.
Malphrus workers discovered that there is a moving brownish glob inside of the pipes. They seem to respond to the light from the camera.
