在錄影帶中米高積遜否認自己是同性戀，否認漂白皮膚，並表示為自己是黑人感到驕傲。 　

英國《世界新聞報》取得一盒米高積遜1996年因孌童案接受律師盤問的錄影帶，內容是一批前夢幻樂園職員控告MJ無理解僱他們，及聲稱目睹MJ與兒童有不當行為後遭MJ恐嚇，律師盤問MJ 的情形。在夢幻國度工作了四年的前管家麥克馬納斯是其中一名控告MJ的職員，她透露，MJ曾把男童鎖在夢幻樂園的房間內，經常用奶樽盛酒給男童喝，然後猥褻他們，又拍下男童裸體影帶及照片。。

這張錄影帶此前從未公開過，記錄了1996年一個律師團因夢幻莊園員工對米高積遜提起指控而對米高積遜盤問的情況。在錄影中，米高積遜笑得不自然，顯得比較緊張，不時因為沮喪而用手捂住臉，發出暴躁的嘆息聲。在錄影中，米高積遜還不時扭動身體。律師團盤問了有關喬迪·錢德勒 (Jordy Chandler)、布雷特·巴恩斯 (Brett Barnes)、《小鬼當家》童星麥考利·庫爾金 (Macaulay Culkin)等人的孌童指控的問題。
　　
在此次盤問中，米高積遜堅稱自己不是同性戀，否認自己漂白皮膚，並表示為自己是黑人感到驕傲。。米高積遜還痛斥指控他孌童的人是撒謊者，並用基督教教義來為自己同到加州夢幻莊園遊玩的男童同睡一床進行辯解。在錄影中，米高積遜閱讀自己的一份聲明說，“耶穌說過要愛孩子們，並且像孩子那樣年輕、天真，如孩子般純潔、正直。耶穌總是被孩子環繞，我孩童時代也是這樣成長起來的。我秉持這樣的信仰，並那樣行事，模倣(耶穌)那樣的行為。 ”

這份錄影帶是1996年3月錄製的，是在米高積遜1993年遭到13歲的喬迪·錢德勒控告米高積遜猥褻三年之後。這是米高積遜首次遭受孌童指控，由此引發了一系列控訴米高積遜孌童的的官司。後來偵辦米高積遜涉嫌猥褻兒童案的湯姆·斯奈登，曾毫不客氣地要求米高積遜脫下褲子拍生殖器官照片當證物。1994年1月，“米高積遜猥褻兒童案”終於因被告賠償受害者喬迪·錢德勒的監護人2200萬美元得以庭外和解。
　　
而米高積遜突然去世之後，有美國媒體披露，當年米高積遜“孌童案”的直接當事人現年29歲的錢德勒向世人披露當年他指控米高積遜孌童純屬誣告。他誣告米高積遜只是為了讓米高積遜給錢，所以編造了整個事件。錢德勒還表示，希望能獲得原諒。

Here is the bombshell tape, which is never before made public, shows the King of Pop shocked with his hands in dismay as a team of lawyers grilled him in 1996 regarding the termination of five Neverland Ranch employees and allegations of improper conduct with children has surfaced. The video, shot at The Plaza in New York, shows Jackson in a black hat and red shirt.

Thriller star Michael Jackson, who died last week, squirms at times as he is questioned about allegations surrounding Jordy Chandler, Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes. Jackson reacts, quotes the bible as to why he is around children, states that he isn’t gay, that he is proud to be black, and that he hasn’t bleached his skin.

Michael Jackson： (MJ)： Yes

Interviewer：To your knowledge Mr Jackson was you ever accused of having molesting Brett Barnes?

MJ's Lawyer to MJ： Don't answer that!

MJ： Yes

MJ： Crazy stories that people have created , things I wanted to set straight in a interview.

Interviewer： Do you know who this interview is.....(mj interupts)

MJ： I think it could have been dianne soyer. I wanted to set the record straight. That if people hear a lie long enough they will believe it. People have lied about me. I am a black American and I'm proud of it. The bleach skin rumour which is a rumour, I dont leach my skin! They once said I wanted a white kid to play me as a child which was a rumour. I'm not gay! . Dont judge a person unless you have spoken to them one on one which is true because what you hear is a lie.

Jesus said to love the children and be like the children. Be youthfull, innocent, pure and honourable. He was talking to his aposols and they was fighting about who was the greatest among them. ANd jesus said who ever is humble like this child is the greatest among me . Jesus always surrounded himself with children, and thats how I was raised to believe and to be like that and imitate that. I don't know what you're trying to make out of this!
