艾拉打頭陣煮龍蝦雲吞 曼聯電視台辦「紅魔廚房」 (明報) 2009-02-24

邀請藝人到廚房一顯身手的電視節目近年在世界各地大受歡迎，同類的節目甚至殺入足球界，曼聯電視（MUTV）亦宣布推出「紅魔廚房」，打頭陣的是法國後衛艾拉在節目中，烹調一道龍蝦雜菌配意大利方雲吞。

艾拉在節目中穿著一件特製的紅色廚師長袖上衣，背後則像球衣一樣印上了名字和號碼，只見該法國外援在曼聯球會總廚甘莫斯的協助下，從蘑菇切片、炮製雲吞皮到龍蝦開邊起肉，表現得有板有眼，最終菜式完成後交給2名評判試食，據報與艾拉同場競技的還有曼聯中場名將白賴仁笠臣和前後衛艾雲。艾拉說﹕「廚房的工作真的不簡單，但我是全心全意去製作這道龍蝦菜式，這是很有趣的經驗。」

至於紅魔總廚甘莫斯則表示﹕「這是一個很輕鬆的烹飪比賽節目，我們預備的全都是健康食材，而且我們希望球迷可以看到球星生活的另一面，我知道領隊費格遜已報名參賽，但我害怕若他不能勝出比賽會大發雷霆。」

Tune in to MUTV this Sunday at 9pm to see Sir Alex in the kitchen. Patrice Evra, Denis Irwin, and Bryan Robson have already worked up a sweat in Red Devil's Kitchen.

The final episode in our new series for Sunday evenings on MUTV has been devised and presented by United's head chef Romain Camos.

“Travelling all over the world with United, I wanted fans to go behind the scenes and see what I see - a different side to the players and manager," says Camos.

"Red Devil's Kitchen is a very relaxed programme, I make sure we have some good football banter while we're preparing the food. And as you might expect when you're cooking with professional footballers, all the recipes are healthy.”

Camos adds, “We have made it competitive with each would-be chef preparing food for two judges. I know Sir Alex will be furious if he does not win!"

The final part of Red Devil’s Kitchen airs on MUTV, Manchester United’s official club channel, on Sunday 15 March at 21:00 GMT.
